Account Deletion

How to request deletion

To request deletion of your SkyTrace account data, contact support through /support/ and include the Firebase UID shown in the app when available.

What is deleted

We will delete account/profile records associated with your UID, including Firestore documents under users/{uid} and account deletion request records.

Local device data

Trip history stored only on your device is controlled by you. You can delete it in the app, clear app data, or uninstall SkyTrace.

Retention

Deletion requests may be retained temporarily as operational records where required for abuse prevention, compliance, or audit purposes.
